The Morning Cleanse In 3 Steps
How To Heal With A Few Simple Steps
Start each morning with lemon water.
Drink 16oz -32oz every morning.
This allows your body to become re-hydrated and starts the process of flushing out the toxins your liver collected at night.

Wait 30 minutes after you drink your lemon water, and then drink a celery juice. If you are new to celery juice, you want to start off with only juicing a few stalks to see how your body reacts. If you run to the bathroom after drinking the juice you know it's working, but cutting back on the juice will keep you from those bathroom trips.
I would suggest staying home and not having plans the first days you start your celery juice or when you increase the amount you are drinking. Once you know how much your body can handle you are fine to go about normal activities again!
I would suggest juicing only a few stalks or 4oz. when you start celery juice. Your first goal would be to work your way to drinking 16oz. of celery juice daily. After some time, and you’re still drinking the juice with no problems move up slowly to 32oz.
I personally drink 32oz. now, but when I started 16oz. kept me home. When you make your celery juice make sure you NEVER add ANYTHING to the juice. If you do, you lose the healing benefits the celery juice offers like the cluster salts. You also want to strain the pulp out of the celery juice.

After you drink your celery juice wait 30 minutes before you drink or eating anything else. Once I drink my celery juice it depends on the day what I will make next. If you want to keep juicing because you have the time, next drink a "Green" juice and then a "Sweet / Tart" juice. If I don't have time in the morning I will move to a really big smoothie. I will drink 32oz. or more of smoothie. For your green juice there are a lot of different recipes out there. Focus on getting a lot of leafy greens in your juice or smoothie so you can get those healing minerals your body needs. Sometimes I will juice a whole container of mixed greens with 1-2 apples to keep it simple. Other times I will add other ingredients like celery.

After you have your juices in the morning move to a smoothie. I prefer to juice my leafy greens or eat them instead of adding them to smoothies, so the recipes I share don't have any greens. Feel free to add spinach to the recipes I offer and experiment with what you prefer!

When you are doing the morning cleanse the number one thing you need to focus on is only having fruit, vegetables, and/or leafy greens. What you DON'T want is PROTEINS or FATS.
First thing in the morning the body is flushing the toxic heavy metals and other toxic substances out of your body. Your body is in detox mode first thing in the morning. As soon as you introduce proteins and fats into your diet your body goes into a different mode. It's no longer cleansing. So it's important to drink juices or smoothies, or you can even just eat fruit, until at least 12 noon. I will personally avoid fat and protein until 2-3pm almost everyday. At the end of the day I will add my healthy fats into my dinner.
If you get hungry look into the smoothie recipe that's perfect for work. It has lots of bananas and dates. The bananas and dates are high in calories and will keep you feeling full longer!
I never use protein powders in my smoothies. I feel like they are processed, which makes it unhealthy for the body. You get all the protein you need from eating lots of leafy greens, vegetables, and fruits. You don't need anything else in your diet. If you want to add more protein you can add more avocados to your salads or eat a handful or two of nuts/seeds. But remember to keep those high protein foods for later in the day.
